‍ ‍Rescue Assistance for Americans in Need Bylaws

All members of the organization will wear a dark blue uniform with the exception of the director and the secretary that wears white shirt’s with the emblem of the organization; they will wear ID cards identifying them in the organization. Credentials authorizing them to solicit and receive funds which will be signed by the director the day of operation of the organization will be run by the director and the secretary. There will be a meeting every 3 months within the organization. Members will vote on any new issues or to get a lowdown of what the organization has been doing, any policy changes, any large expenses that will need to occur within the organization will have to be agreed on with a vote from the body every time.

They will vote for the director to get any kind of a salary. There will be a full vote from the members but not the director himself and it will be accordingly within reason of the funds and the amounts that come in. The vehicles are operated everyday as a mobile office will get a gas allotment of $20.00 a day as needed. All receipts will be turned in early for any gas allotments. All organization members will conduct themselves and act according to the laws of the United States and to defend and represent the United States and the good citizens of the United States that when we serve and protect in any way to do so.

‍ Rescue Assistance For Americans In Need Mission Statement

Our mission is to promote and defend the Americans that are in need with emergency assistance remote the American to bring their attention. The importance of the American flag and what it stands for; to give out flags to those people to stand up and be recognized as Americans and to never forget the men and women that has sacrificed their lives to defend and support our great country we will help and support veterans that are in need. All members of the organization represent the American flag and the meaning of it. We will promote, encourage, support and defend our constitution. We will talk to those people to make them aware that having our American flag and showing that they are Americans is truly important. Americans are turning into the silent minority because nobody knows who is an American. One must stand up for their country. One must stand up for their brother in need. For Americans by Americans to assist Americans. Today your American neighbor needs help; tomorrow it might be you. Members of our organization solicit and receive funds to supports Americans in need. All uniforms will be white shirts, reds ties, blue vests as well as blue and red patches identifying the organization. All members will be well groomed. Americans should not be going hungry nor be sleeping out in the streets. We go door to door doing our fund raising.

Conflict Of Interest

Conflict of interest clause: no member of the organization will personally benefit financially by their service and the organization with the exceptions of the vote for the director that would be working full-time would get a pay for his service; no member will do anything to go against the rules of the organization and the contents of the organization is built on the Constitution Of The United States and the betterment of Americans all around. All members will defend and support and promote the United States of America. Any member of the organization will do any acts that is against the America itself will be terminated. Twice a year a picnic and a Christmas celebration and appreciation of all our members and your local support. This organization will not support or defend or assist in any non-American in the United States with exceptions of the foreigners who have gone through test and were sworn into the Constitution and have become a member of the United States as a citizen. We will not in any way support communism and any shape or form we will not be involved in any shape of politics on each side; we will just defend the Constitution.

4.In Pennsylvania 37.1% of women and 30.4% of men experiance intimate partner,physical violence,sexual violence,and/or stalking in their lifetime.Additionally,over 100 women,children and men lose their lives to domestic violence each year in the state.The statistics highlight the prevalence of domestic violence in Pennsylvania and it’s impact on individuals across various demographics.

5.In Pennsylvania,approximately 4.7% of seniors are food secure as of 2021.Additionally 7.6% of households with seniors face food security.These statistics highlights the ongoing issue of hunger among senior citizens in the state.
